By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy in full.

 

1. General Requirements

All users must:

• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Platform in any way that could harm the Platform, its users, or third parties

2. Permitted Content

The Platform allows:

• Content owned by the Creator or used with proper authorization
• Content where all participants have given clear and informed consent

3. Strictly Prohibited Content

• Sexual violence, rape, coercion, or exploitation
• Human trafficking or forced participation

3.3 Copyright Infringement

3.4 Harmful Content

• Promotion of self-harm or suicide
• Content encouraging illegal drug use
• Fraudulent or deceptive content

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Attempt to bypass payment, subscription, or security systems
• Create fake accounts, bots, or engage in impersonation
• Hack, scrape, or disrupt the Platform
• Spam, scam, or mislead other users

5. Creator Obligations (User-Generated Content Control)

Creators must:

• Complete identity verification (KYC) if required
• Confirm that:
  • All individuals appearing in content are 18+
  • All participants have provided explicit consent
• Maintain valid documentation (e.g., model releases) and provide it upon request

The Platform reserves the right to:

• Review and moderate content
• Remove any content without prior notice
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

6. Payments & Chargeback Prevention

To prevent fraud and chargebacks:

• All transactions are considered digital content purchases and are non-refundable by default, unless otherwise stated
• Users are responsible for reviewing purchases before completing payment
• Account usage and access logs may be used as evidence of service delivery

In cases of:

• Fraudulent activity
• Unjustified chargebacks

The Platform may:

• Immediately suspend or terminate the account
• Permanently ban the user
• Take legal action if necessary

7. Enforcement

The Platform reserves the right to:

• Remove content
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
• Refuse service
• Report violations to relevant authorities

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this Policy:

• Reports will be reviewed and acted upon promptly

9. User Responsibility

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You use the Platform at your own risk

Creators must:

• Confirm that they are 18 years of age or older
• Verify ownership and rights to all uploaded content
• Provide documentation proving consent of all participants (e.g., model releases)

The Platform reserves the right to:

• Request additional verification at any time
• Suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification
• Report fraudulent or illegal activity to authorities

12. Content Moderation & Enforcement

The Platform actively monitors and moderates content to ensure compliance with this Policy.

This includes:

• Automated and manual content review
• User reporting and escalation systems
• Rapid removal of violating content
• Account suspension or termination when necessary

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal, non-consensual, or harmful content.
