3. Identity Verification (KYC)

Creators must complete identity verification when requested.

We may require:

Government-issued identification
Selfie verification or additional documentation

Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Record Keeping Obligations

You agree to maintain accurate and complete records of all performers appearing in your content, including:

Proof of age (18+)
Identity verification
Consent documentation

You must provide such records upon request.

5. Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to upload or distribute:

Content involving minors
Non-consensual or exploitative content
Illegal, violent, or abusive material
Any content that violates platform policies or payment provider requirements

6. Monetization and Payments

Creators must comply with:

Payment provider rules
Anti-fraud and anti-abuse policies
Transparent subscription and pricing structures

We reserve the right to:

Withhold payouts in case of violations
Reverse transactions where required

7. Account Enforcement

We may:

Suspend or terminate accounts
Remove content without notice
Restrict monetization privileges

8. Cooperation and Compliance

You agree to cooperate with:

Platform compliance checks
Payment service providers
Legal authorities where required

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the platform harmless from any claims arising from your content or actions.

10. Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
